FreeStyle Libre 2

FreeStyle Libre 2 automatically scans the fluid around your skin cells to provide accurate readings throughout the day.

Accurately monitor your glucose levels with a painless, FDA-approved scan instead of finger sticks. Access your readings from the provided standalone reader.  You can also connect your phone with the FreeStyle Libre 2 iPhone app and receive notifications via Bluetooth for high or low readings.

CGM allows you to monitor trends to improve your diabetes management and has been proven to lower A1C, your average blood sugar over the last three months.

Finger sticks may still be necessary to confirm high or low readings or when symptoms don’t match readings. High vitamin C levels can affect readings. Consult the user’s manual for more info.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors are highly accurate inside the 14 days of recommended use.
The Libre 2 shares the same features as the Libre 14, but with the addition of option alarms including for high and low glucose readings.
If your reader or sensor becomes damaged, please call Aptiva Medical customer care at 1-800-252-9020. Our CGM Specialist will help you trouble shoot the problem and assist you contacting the manufacturer to arrange for a replacement, if necessary.
